Online Registration & Payment

To secure your spot in our programs, please complete the following 3 steps:

  1. Complete our on-line registration form here
  2. Email us with any specific requests (Financial Aid Applications or Spread-Payment Plans)
  3. Pay the invoice we will send you via email. You can pay online, or send a check to:

Discounts and Spread Payment Plans:

  • A 10% Sibling Discount applies for siblings signing up for a Series.
  • All Wampanoag Tribal Families qualify for 50% financial aid.
  • If you would like to set up a spread payment plan, please let us know by email

Financial Aid:

  • Sassafras does not turn people away for lack of funds!
  • In order to continue your Fin Aid benefits, we have a 75% attendance requirement.
  • Financial Aid works on a first come first serve basis and we typically offer up to 50%.
  • In the application you will be asked how much you can afford to contribute.
  • Notify us asap and we’ll email you a simple application and you’ll receive a quick answer.

 Payment Policy

  • Payment in full is due by the first program date, or as agreed according to the financial aid application, or payment plan.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, and when you register for a program, you are responsible for full payment.
  • Summer Camp cancellations up to 30 days before the onset of Summer Camp will receive a full refund. Cancellations from 30-7 days in advance will be given a 50% program credit that is valid for one year. Cancellations 7 days or less prior, will receive no refund. In the event of a cancellation, if we are able to fill that spot from our waitlist, we will give you a refund minus your $100 deposit per camper per week.
