Bird Language

Bird-Language-Leaders-Blue-300x153Birds have a vast and delicate communication network that helps them survive. Humans can tap into this fascinating system, by learning patterns and keen observation skills. Bird Language is a way for us to understand what is happening across the landscape. Some people compare it to tuning in to a radio station for a weather, traffic or local news update. Interpreting Bird Language is an ancient skill, that we have used since the beginning of human history for our species survival. People who studied Bird Language intensively, share that learning to tune in on such a deep level, has given them an edge in many areas of their lives.

NATIONAL BIRD LANGUAGE DAY

“Sunset with the Birds”
Saturday May 13, 2017 from 6 – 8pm
Free Community Event

Come and celebrate the first ever National Bird Language Day with Sassafras on the Aquinnah hill and enjoy a beautiful evening and sunset. In the knowing that other affiliated organizations are celebrating all around the world! Bird Language is the gateway to deep nature connection, and an ancient human practice that we all have deep down in our system. Jon Young is the founder of this approach and the author of “What The Robin Knows” – a great reference for all interested in the topic. Jon found Bird Language to have the “quickest ” results to deep nature connection and we follow a specific mentoring method. The purpose of the mentor is always two-fold, to understand and deepen our own nature and self-connection journey, and to be able to help others do the same and feed it forward. Note that this program is geared towards adults, teens, and older youth that enjoy sitting quietly in the field for a while.
